Why we won't give you a fake number.
Online cost calculators average national data that has little to do with building in Northern Wyoming — our snow loads, our site conditions, our material logistics. The number they produce is precise-looking and wrong, and it becomes the anchor every real conversation then has to fight.
When our calculator ships, it will be built on the same factor logic our estimates use. Until then, we'd rather show you how the calculation works than hand you a number we don't believe.
