Costs & Pricing
Understand the numbers.
Honest answers about what construction costs in Northern Wyoming — what drives the number, what controls it, and why accurate pricing starts with a defined scope.
The Straight Answer
Why we don't quote per-square-foot prices.
Any builder can hand you a per-square-foot number. The problem is that the same square foot can cost wildly different amounts depending on structure, site, systems, and finishes — so the number is either padded to be safe or optimistic to win the job.
We work the other way around: define the scope first — what you're building, on what site, to what finish level — and price that. Every service page on this site lists the factors that move its number, and a consultation turns those factors into a real figure for your project.

Controlling the Number
How design-build protects a budget.
Costs are discovered early, not late
Because design and construction live under one roof, budget alignment happens in the design phase — before decisions get expensive to reverse.
The estimate follows the scope
A number without a defined scope is a guess. We define what's being built first; the pricing that follows actually holds.
You see it before you pay for it
3D visualization lets you test layouts and finishes before construction — changing a rendering costs nothing, changing framing doesn't.
Fewer surprises by design
One team means fewer coordination gaps, fewer change orders, and fewer mid-project discoveries that show up as invoices.
Want a number that means something?
Accurate pricing starts with a consultation where your goals, site, and scope are clearly defined. That's free.
